– the lace fabric is soft with a slight stretch easily ajusting to all head sizes

Lost or undelivered packages: On the extremely rare occurence your package gets lost in the mail and isn't delivered within 6 weeks (North America) and 8 weeks (everywhere else) following the notification email you receive when it is shipped, you will be issued a full refund of your purchase, including shipping fees. Care instructions: We recommend handwashing veils in lukewarm water, using delicate soap and hanging to dry. To return the veil back to its beautiful shape, you may iron it using low to medium temperature settings. Always keep your veil in its protective organza pouch. Digital downloads: - File delivery: your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.

Your order ships from Canada, Quebec, Montreal via usually with CanadaPost, using the LightPacketAir method (unless you choose other options). This is the most affordable, the fastest and the most efficient shipping method for our clients, however, it does not provide tracking information.
