Peter’s Square makes it easy and safe for these makers to sell online, and we make it easy and safe for you to purchase from them. Peter’s Square facilitates sales, but we are not a middle-man.
When you place an order on Peter’s Square, you are ordering from and directly paying the person who made the item, the vendor/maker. That maker receives the order, fulfills and ships your order, and you gleefully await its arrival. It’s that simple.
If you have a question about your order, you should first contact the vendor. Since Peter’s Square doesn’t fulfill orders, we can’t really answer questions about your order status. You can reach each vendor via their shop page, and every individual product page has a Product Enquiry form as well.
