If the item purchased is altered in anyway by the purchaser, we will not accept exchanges or returns unless it is defective. By purchasing an item from Paracord Rosary, the purchaser agrees to send us a video and a picture of the defective item for an exchange/return. We will determine if the item is defective, if we find that the item is not defective and was altered by the purchaser, the purchaser will be denied the rights to an exchange or return for a full refund. If it is defective the purchaser agrees to send it back at the expense of Paracord Rosary.

Shipping Policy

After the reception of payment, the item purchased will be shipped out within 2-3 days via USPS priority mail.

Return Policy

Returns will not be processed if the purchaser altered the item in any way shape or form. The purchaser must send us a picture and a video of the defective item for review and Paracord Rosary will determine if the item is defective for a full refund. The purchaser must send the item back to Paracord Rosary within 2 days of findings of a deceive item, failing to do so will result in a default of rights to a full refund. Mailing of the defective item must reflect that the purchaser shipped it out to Paracord Rosary within the time allotted for a full refund. By purchasing an item of any kind, the purchaser agrees to the return policy posted.
