Create your own Most Sacred Heart of Jesus Doll with this 12 page pattern (pictures included).

The finished doll is approximately 8.75 inches tall.

Difficulty level: Intermediate


Materials:
2.75 mm hook
Yarn (I use cotton yarn, weight 4): tan (or skin color of choice), white, brown, yellow (or gold), red, orange
(I use an acrylic yarn for the gold belt just because I liked the color better than the cotton options)
Polyester Fiber Stuffing
Embroidery thread
Stitch marker (to keep track of rows)
Finishing/tapestry needle (to sew parts together, embroider nose, and weave in ends
Embroidery needle
Sewing pins (to keep the hair and beard in place as you sew them on)
Optional if you choose to do a gauge check: pins, measuring tape or ruler, and foam blocking board (or another item you can pin a swath onto as you measure your gauge)
