This beautiful quote from Mother Teresa is a gentle reminder to do small things with great love.

This sign measures 8″ x 8″, but is also available in 12”x12”. Made from Lauan Hardwood, painted white, with black vinyl lettering, with a wood frame stained a rich walnut color. This sign will look great in your kitchen!

Each item in the shop is hand made by me from my home in Texas! :) You are truly getting a one of a kind piece, and I take great care in making your sign from start to finish, but no two signs will be exactly identical.

I meticulously inspect each piece of wood prior to cutting and sanding, but it is important to note: Each piece of wood is unique in many ways. Knots and grain patterns may (and likely will) vary. Boards may have non-structural cracks or other characteristics that only add to your one-of-a-kind piece. Stain colors are absorbed differently on different pieces of wood despite all being common pine boards. The color of stain may also vary based on the monitor you are viewing it on. If you have a specific look you are going for or have questions about a particular color, PLEASE convo me for more details! I’d love to talk with you about your ideas or show you more examples than what I can realistically post on Etsy :)

All unframed signs come with hanging hardware already installed.

Framed signs may have either hanging hardware or a ledge that can be used to hang from a nail.

The backs of each sign are raw, unfinished wood.

These signs are first cut, then sanded, then treated with pre-stain to ensure uniform stain-absorption and then stained in the color of your choice (or painted). They are NOT sealed with polyurethane or any other protective top coat, as they are intended for INDOOR USE ONLY.

Sign lengths may vary by 0.25″

Typical turnaround time once an order is placed to when it is shipped is about 3-5 business days, but please check the announcements page for the most up-to-date timeline!

All signs are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 Days) unless otherwise specified. This insures your item up to $100 and provides tracking information. I always try to keep track of my orders to ensure they safely reach their destination, but unfortunately once I hand the package over to USPS it is quite literally “out of my hands”. If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, it is your responsibility to create a claim on the USPS website to be reimbursed for your expenses.
