Product: Dove of Fire Confirmation Card

I have no way of contacting anyone regarding this item. There is no customer service number to call for this platform. I have left several "tickets" with no response to either ticket. I love shopping from small businesses, especially Catholic ones, but this platform is questionable. The card is needed in three weeks for my relative's Confirmation. HELP!
