Soy Luz Candles LLC. was started as a hobby by an ordinary Miami teacher who wanted to make some extra money during 2016 winter break. The president of the company Vanessa Ruiz got the idea of starting a candle business with her boyfriend Roger Ramirez as a way to spread God’s light. The company name “Soy Luz” is a play on words for “I am the light of the world” from the Bible verse John 8:12. We take extreme pride in every candle we hand pour, our meticulous attention to detail and our unwavering pursuit of the perfect scent, burn and experience is what drives us. Passion is the driving force but we love our customers and know without them we have no business. God is our light and we hope our candles inspire you to be the light! Every single candle is hand poured with love and made to provide you with a heavenly scent experience.
