Download crashed and maxed out ::

Unfortunately, when I tried to download the JPEG for this file, the site crashed, I tried to do this again and it crashed again. When I tried a third time, it said I had maxed out my downloads for this file. I was still able to download the PDF okay, but now I do not have a JPEG version which is disappointing. Not sure if the download can be reset.
