Message Manducat Rosaries

I named my shop when the only items I carried were the teething rosaries. “Manducat” is Latin for  “he/she/it chews.” The inspiration for my shop name came from the words, “manducat Dominum,” (often translated as “he consumes the Lord,” or some other more mild verbage) from the beautiful song, Panis Angelicus. This word, with its Catholic connotation and literal translation, seemed appropriate for teething rosaries and Catholic teething toys.

If baby is going to be chewing on something, it might as well also be something that introduces him to the faith, right? But I also want to make sure it is something that is beautiful and doesn’t feel “forced.” That is the general goal of my shop: to provide Catholic products and inspiration to naturally bring more of your faith into your already busy life.
