Pattern is written in English and uses US crochet terms.

 

Create your own Priest Doll with this 15 page pattern (plenty of pictures and extra tips included).

 

The finished doll is approximately 7.5 inches tall.

 

Difficulty level: Intermediate

 

Materials:

 

-2.5 mm hook

-Cotton weight 4 yarn: tan/beige or skin color of choice, brown or hair color of choice, black, white

-(2) 12 mm safety eyes (Safety eyes are not recommended for small kids, but you may use black thread or yarn to embroider eyes if you prefer).

-Glue (I used Tacky glue)*

-Stitch marker (to keep track of rows)

-Finishing/tapestry needle (to sew parts together, embroider nose, and weave in ends)

-Optional: button and sewing needle (for jacket), sewing pins (to hold pieces in place before sewing), .7 cm button (if you want to add a button on the coat)

 

*I used glue to attach the hair onto the head. Sewing these items together would also be fine if you do not have glue or wish not to use glue. I don’t recommend using glue if this doll is going to a small child.
