This is an original pair of drawings done in colored pencil of Saint John Paul II and Our Lady of Fatima. The art style is heavily influenced by photography and Eastern Christian iconography, though these would not be considered icons.
St. John Paul II was Pope from 1978 to 2005. His feast day is October 22. He survived an assassination attempt on May 13, 1981, the feast day of Our Lady of Fatima.
The dimensions of the frame when fully opened are just shy of 3.75″x5.5″, and there is glass protecting the images.
