Every piece is hand-drawn and packed by me at my kitchen table. Not AI, not stock, not a factory.

1. Information We Collect
We collect personal information you voluntarily provide when you subscribe, buy a gift or a past letter, manage your subscription, send us a message, or sign up for our newsletter. This may include your name, email address, mailing address, and the first names you choose to share for your children's materials. There are no accounts on this site and no passwords to keep.
2. Payment Processing
All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment information. You can review it at stripe.com/privacy .

4. Data Sharing
We do not sell or trade your personal information. We share it only with the services that make the site work: Stripe processes payments and stores billing details, Resend delivers our emails, Cloudflare Turnstile screens our forms for bots, and postal carriers deliver your letters.
5. Cookies
There are no logins here, so we set no account cookies. We do use analytics tools — Google Analytics, Hotjar, and the Meta Pixel — to understand how visitors use the site and how people find us, and those tools set cookies of their own. You can block or clear them in your browser settings and the site works fine without them.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and we follow industry best practices for data storage and security.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any email.

Letters From Heaven sells hand-illustrated saint letters and related paper goods for kids ages 5 to 12.
All artwork, letters, prayer cards, and zines are original work by Val Kellogg and are for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't reproduce or resell them.
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Peter's Square at checkout.
The 6-month gift subscription is prepaid for six monthly mailings. It does not auto-renew and nothing ever charges again.

Shipping Policy
Everything ships free within the United States. US addresses only for now.
Past letter bundles ship within 1 to 2 weeks of your order.
The 6-month gift subscription starts with the next monthly mailing, which goes out around the 10th of each month, and arrives monthly after that.
Letters arrive in a flat, stamped envelope, like real mail, because it is real mail. If an envelope seems lost, message me and I'll make it right.
Return Policy
Because these are paper goods sent by mail, I don't take physical returns. But I want you happy.
If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, message me and I'll send a replacement or a refund, your choice.
If you've purchased a gift subscription and need to cancel partway, message me and I'll refund any months that haven't mailed yet.
