Colors and shapes may vary in real life since all our products are fully handcrafted, and manifestations of color and shape will vary from a digital screen view to a real and tangible product.

Order cancellations are not accepted as our products are made on demand.

 SHIPPING METHODS: All our shipments go out from our studio base in Santa Clarita Valley, CA using the professional services of UPS, USPS; and occasionally FEDEX or DHL. We serve Nacion Wide Only.

Once the package has left the Serrot Studio, we cannot guarantee the delivery time of your order. We will provide you with your package (Tracking #) please be kind on checking your shipment status with the service provider.

If there is the case that your product was damaged in transit, please fill up a claim with the carrier service provider.
