Shipping Policy
SHIPPING METHODS: All our shipments go out from our studio base in Santa Clarita Valley, CA using the professional services of UPS, USPS; and occasionally FEDEX or DHL.
We serve Nacion Wide Only.
Once the package has left the Serrot Studio, we cannot guarantee the delivery time of your order. We will provide you with your package (Tracking #) please be kind on checking your shipment status with the service provider.
If there is the case that your product was damaged in transit, please fill up a claim with the carrier service provider.
Return Policy
OUR COMPROMISE: All our creations are fully satisfied with the warranty, if the contrary we will take it back without question and extend a store credit to you “The Buyer” for your next purchase.
